As a fourth-generation steward of the family behind Kowloon Motor Bus and a Non-Executive Director of Transport International Holdings, he understands that legacy is something to develop, not simply preserve. Through the William S.D. Louey Educational Foundation, he has spent more than three decades turning that belief into personal, long-term support for young people.
